Delivery Information

Delivery Costs (UK & Europe)

Gallo UK Limited do not make money on our delivery charges we just cover our Postage and Packaging costs.

To England, Wales, Scotland Mainland

If you spend up to £49.99 on the site your Delivery costs are £4.95. 
If you spend over £49.99 your delivery is free.

To Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands / Isles and Isle of Man / Wight 

If you spend up to £49.99 on the site your Delivery costs are £16.50

If you spend over £49.99 your delivery costs are £13.50

How are your goods delivered?

All items will be dispatched via MyHermes. Please note for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isles and Europe please allow an extra 48 hours. 

How long will it take to arrive?

After receiving your order we will email you to advise that your order has been received. All orders placed before 10am will be dispatched within 24 hours subject to availability. If goods are ordered after this time on a Friday / Weekend or Bank Holiday your order will be processed the next working day. We will then email you once your goods have been dispatched. If you have not received either a call or email from us within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us on 01904 728911. Please also inform us if you have not received your goods after 5 working days of your confirmation of dispatch email. 

Refund / Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with any product that you receive, simply contact us within 5 days of receipt of delivery by either: Email:sales@gallouk.com Telephone:01904 728911.  Write to: Gallo UK Limited, 5 Park Court, Riccall Road, Escrick, York, YO19 6ED.

We will be happy to arrange for the return of the product to us and a replacement item or full refund to be given.

Cancellations and returns:

 If you wish to cancel your order please advise us either before we dispatch your order or within 7 days of receiving your goods. Unless the goods are faulty you will be liable for all postage costs. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How Do I Use Special Offer Codes?

Gallo UK Limited are always offering promotions to our customers these may be on the price of our products or through the use of coupon codes. This is a thank you from us for your loyalty. To redeem you coupon codes you need to enter the code into Step 2 of checkout in the Coupon Code Redemption Box. If you are redeeming free delivery please select the delivery option in Step 1 of checkout, then enter your code in Step 2, this cost will then be removed in Step 3.
